UPDATED: MATS CANCELLED

Visit Konexial at Mid-America Trucking Show 2020

3/12/2020 UPDATE: MATS has been canceled due to Covid-19. See official release statement from show management here https://www.truckingshow.com/covid-19-update.

Mid-America Trucking Show, MATS 2020, is one of the biggest and most diverse truck show throughout the year. With an estimated 75,000 attendees, MATS is known as the most comprehensive trucking event in the industry. If you’re looking to research new products or better technology solutions, MATS is the place to be!

Konexial is excited to be a prime exhibitor at MATS 2020 for the 4th year in a row. You can find us at booth #61129 in the West Wing of the Kentucky Expo Center in Louisville, KY. From product demos to new product and services launches, our team looks forward to connecting with drivers and industry experts from around the country!

Here are 4 things to look for at MATS 2020

  1. Edge computing technology: Technology for truck drivers is quickly becoming a necessity for supply chain and logistics companies. The ELD mandate caused serious technology adoption within the industry. While there are plenty of telematics technology companies within the industry, companies that provide edge computing technology will win the race.
  2. Trucking Ecosystems: As trucking technology has evolved, so has the development of mobile apps for truckers. Truckers and people, in general, are being bombarded with mobile apps. Need an ELD, there’s an app for that. Need a dog sitter, there’s an app for that! Truck shows are a great opportunity to look for ways to streamline technology. We recommend looking for companies (hint: that’s us) that provide a complete trucking technology ecosystem to streamline and cut unnecessary expenses from your workflow.
  3. Organizations That Help Truckers: The trucking industry is known for helping others in times of need. But oftentimes, truckers are the ones that need the help. There are several organizations in the industry that are specifically established to help truckers when they need it most. The MATS trucking show is a great place to learn more about these organizations and how you can support them or utilize their support in times of need.
  4. Last but not least, be prepared and vigilant to protect yourself and others from cold & flu viruses. At this point in time, MATS is moving forward as scheduled. MATS show management has provided detailed plans and updates to combat the spread of illnesses with the expectation of such as large crowd. Use common good-hygiene practices such as thorough hand washing, using hand sanitizer, and avoid touching your face, while at the show.
