A small device plugs into your truck’s diagnostic port and connects by Bluetooth to the free My20 app on the driver’s Apple or Android phone or tablet. It records hours of service automatically and gives fleet managers one dashboard for logs, tracking and reports. The app is available in English and Spanish.

Konexial offers two ELD configurations. The standard My20 ELD uses the 9-pin J1939 connector found on most trucks. The My20 Cellular ELD uses the OBD-II connector. If your truck has a different diagnostic port, matching adapter cables are available for purchase when you order.
Drivers tap FMCSA Upload in the My20 app and send their logs to the officer through FMCSA’s web service or by email, the two transfer methods the ELD rule requires. Logs can also be shown on the phone or tablet screen.
