Ken Evans is the visionary founder and CEO/CTO of Konexial, a leading logistics technology innovator, consistently named to the FreightTech 100 list (2019–2024). With a passion for transforming supply chains, Ken drives Konexial to deliver cutting-edge solutions that simplify logistics, enhance operational efficiency, and create substantial economic value for customers.

Ken’s leadership is guided by a commitment to creating shareholder value through customer-centric innovation. By prioritizing efficiency, profitability, and competitive advantage, Konexial builds enduring partnerships that drive transformative results.

With over 25 years of logistics expertise, Ken has held pivotal roles at industry leaders including Eastman, Littelfuse, Celanese, Koch Industries, and Spirit Aerosystems. At Koch, he founded four logistics startups under a holding company, now operating as KBX Logistics, one of the world’s largest multimodal 3PLs. His prior roles at Celanese and Eastman included global logistics leadership, with deep expertise in procurement, planning, inventory management, manufacturing, and enterprise SAP/TMS implementations across multiple global projects.

A dedicated lifelong learner and educator, Ken holds a BS in Logistics & Transportation from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, an MBA in Finance from East Tennessee State University, and a CPIM certification from APICS. He served as an Adjunct Professor of Global Logistics and Lean Supply Chain at Wichita State University’s Barton College of Business for four years and remains an active member of the University of Tennessee Global Supply Chain Institute’s Advisory Board and Supply Chain Leaders in Action (SCLA).

Ken lives in Knoxville, TN, with his supportive wife, Gina, and they are proud parents of three adult children.
