Nic Sallis is Vice President of Operations & Support at Konexial, where he builds scalable systems and processes to drive rapid growth in a dynamic market. A growth-focused entrepreneur and operator, he has built and scaled businesses across SaaS, logistics, construction, and manufacturing—launching startups, expanding new divisions, and leading P&L in founder-led and private equity–backed environments. His experience spans taking products from concept to market adoption, leading direct sales organizations, and securing and delivering multimillion-dollar contracts.
At Konexial, Nic applies expertise in sales strategy, operations, and system design to scale the company’s Geo-Operations platform for long-term growth, blending lean principles with adaptable systems. He previously held leadership roles in manufacturing and construction focused on operational efficiency, process automation, and building high-performing teams. Nic holds a BBA in Marketing with a minor in Spanish from the University of Georgia. Outside of work, he enjoys time at the lake with his wife and four children and competes as an Ironman triathlete and endurance trail racer.
